The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for Webster, Franklin and Boone counties.The warning for Webster and Boone counties goes until 12:30 a.m. Monday after a tornado was confirmed 7 miles north of Gowrie, and 9 miles southwest of Fort Dodge. The Franklin County warning goes until 1 a.m. The NWS states flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. If you’re in the area move to the lowest part of the building and stay away from windows. Tornadic thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of central Iowa.
